This page explains how Rao Hearing Care uses the details you share when you book a visit. It is written for families using our clinic website — not as legal advice. Mr. Rao should read this page before the public website goes live.

Clinic hours are Mon–Sat: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM & 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM; Sunday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM. By appointment only.
What we collect on the booking form
When you use the booking form on this website, we ask for:
- Full name
- Age
- Phone number
- Location or area
- Whom the service is for (for example, yourself, a parent, or a spouse)
- Service type (Home Visit, Clinic Appointment, or Servicing)
The public form does not ask for medical history, diagnosis, or hearing-test results. Please do not send sensitive health records through the form.
We also receive the time you submitted the request and a note that it came from the website, so Mr. Rao can follow up. A hidden field is used only to reduce spam; people booking a visit never need to fill it.
Why we collect it
We use these details only to call or WhatsApp you back about the visit, appointment, or servicing you asked for, and to keep a record of that request in the clinic inbox.
Where your form goes
This website does not keep a patient database. Booking details are stored in the clinic Gmail inbox and in Formspree.
The form is sent over HTTPS to Formspree, a form service we use as a processor. Formspree emails the request to [email protected]. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards that address to the clinic Gmail inbox, which only Mr. Rao reads. Cloudflare, Formspree, and Google (Gmail) handle the email under their own policies; Formspree and Google may keep backups we cannot wipe.

Calls and WhatsApp
If you tap Call or WhatsApp, that uses your own phone or WhatsApp app and your mobile network. Those buttons do not send extra form fields. The number is 9766481751 (WhatsApp Business).
Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently use Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager. If advertising tags are added later, we will update this page.
We do not set our own advertising or tracking cookies. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; Cloudflare may use cookies that are needed to deliver and protect the site.
The homepage includes a Google Map embed, and we load fonts from Google Fonts. Those services are provided by Google and may process technical information such as your IP address under Google’s own policies.
How long we keep it
Booking emails are kept so Mr. Rao can call you back and complete the visit you requested. We do not keep them longer than needed for that follow-up. Formspree may retain submissions according to its own policy until they are deleted from that dashboard.
If you become a patient, clinic notes for your care are a separate record. The website booking email is not a medical file.
We do not set a fixed legal deadline for privacy requests. During clinic hours we aim to respond as soon as we reasonably can.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to know what personal details we hold about a booking, to correct them, or to have them deleted.
If you ask us to delete a booking, Mr. Rao searches the clinic Gmail inbox and Formspree by your name or phone and deletes those copies (including Gmail Trash). That is how erasure works here — there is no database row to remove.
We may decline to delete details that are still needed for an open appointment, or that we must keep as a lawful clinic record. We cannot erase backups that Formspree or Google keep on their own systems, or messages already on your phone.

Children
This website is not directed at children. Bookings are typically made by adult family members arranging care for a senior relative.
Medical information
This website is for information only. Diagnosis and hearing-aid recommendations are made after clinical evaluation.
Changes
We may update this page if how we collect or use information changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
